Dock Day @ Crosswinds – Wednesday 6/25

Tahoe Beach Day – Thursday Day 6/26

We’ll be spending the day at Tahoe at Camp Richardson having some Rum Runners and enjoying the sun. Boat & jet ski rental as well as food at the Beacon restaurant available on site along with a nice view of the lake.

• Location: Camp Richardson Beach (1900 Jameson Beach Road)

Welcome Reception – Thursday 6/26

JT & Sarah Stephens are throwing a welcome reception at the “Old Store” made famous by Meg Ryan in City of Angels and now maybe the Stephens/Harris wedding! We look forward to seeing you there.

• Time: 5-9pm
• Location: “The Old Store” @ Fallen Leaf Lake – 400 fallen Leaf Road
• Attire: Lake Casual (Sun dresses, Shorts, Sweaters, Sandals, etc)

Angora Hike & Dip – Friday 6/27

We know that many of you might have overindulged at the lake AND the cocktail party so we set up a 1/2 mile hike to get your blood flowing. Well, that and the 80’ rock jump!! Get outside and join us for a quick hike and dip.

• Time: 10:30am @ the Angora Trail Head
• Directions to Angora trailhead: Take Highway 89 north 3 miles to Fallen Leaf Lake Road and turn left. Continue on Fallen Leaf road for ~1 mile and turn left at the first paved road. Continue to Forest Service Road 12N14 (road on your right (watch for bicyclists)), turn right and continue past Angora Lookout to the parking lot at road’s end.
• There is another route to the Angora Lakes called the Clark Trail (I can’t make this up). The Clark Trail finishes at Angora Lakes. You can continue the hike to Angora peak from the lake. Hiking to the peak is an additional 2 miles. Total round trip to the peak from Fallen Leaf via the Clark Trail is 6 Miles. Trailhead can be found behind the Chapel.

Post rehearsal cocktails Friday 6/27

If you’d like to extend your dinner’s, please come on over and join us for a drink… or two. Rehearsal dinner is limited to family and wedding party.

• Time: 10:30 – till we close down…
• Location: Sonney’s BBQ (787 Emerald Bay Rd, South Lake Tahoe CA, 96150)

Big Day! – Saturday 6/28

Shuttles begin service at 2:00 and leave from the Camp Richardson Hotel. The road is very narrow so as a result the shuttles are small. This means that we will be making multiple trips so please be ready at 2pm to catch the shuttle.

• Ceremony is at 3:30 at St. Francis of the Mountains. Pews in the Chapel are reserved for family of the Bride and Groom.
• Please do not drive. There is no parking at the Chapel.
• Evenings in the mountains can get COLD so please bring an extra layer or two.
• Please wear comfortable shoes, as the ground is a bit uneven!
• Attire: Mountain formal (Jacket & tie for guys, cocktail dresses with wedges or flats for the ladies)

Good Bye Lunch – Sunday 6/29

If you’re around, we’d love to see you for a light lunch before you head home. Bring your swimsuits in case you want to take one last dip before getting in your car!!
